He came to the Sanctuary in 2018, and with his penchant for perching atop shoulders and tearing through his cat tunnel, this uber-affectionate feline is one of a kind. So what if he’s not a fan of loud noises or changes in his routine? If a hug makes it all better, we’re happy to oblige.
