Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at the Best Friends Store! We strive to process your orders quickly so that you can receive your new Best Friends items as soon as possible.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by common and other freight carriers.
You can trust that all in-stock items will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
All orders that are received before 1:00 pm EST are usually shipped the same day.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
