Colleen Bevil I'm having trouble opening the top. Isn't it meant to open at the top rather than removing the lid? I have arthritis and I might stick a knife in it. Ha! Ideas?

Julie Wallentine Coincidentally I had oral surgery last week and due to not being able to use a straw this water bottle is perfect!! It is now the only water bottle I can use! Great value, perfect timing!
