- 67 ½" x 24" with 6mm thickness
- Available in orange and gray
- Textured on both sides to reduce slipping
- Made of TPE
- To clean: Wipe the mat with cloth dipped in soap suds or mild, diluted laundry detergent. Rinse with water and wipe the mat with towel or cloth to dry. Do not leave in the sun for long periods of time as TPE is naturally biodegradable.

Jo Hicks I love my new mat! It is thicker than one I used previously and is great for table or other kneeling poses.
I really like the grip as I have to wear compression socks when I practice and the stability is very good.
And really who doesn't mind the opportunity to share with anyone who asks about Best Friends.

Eloise W Canzone mat is a little too thick for my liking. It is also less "sticky" than my old mat. I tried to make it work for a week, but am now back to my old mat.
