Lynn Bruffy I am a huge fan of Best Friends and the work you do for the precious animals. I absolutely love this book - I keep rereading it and find new nuggets with every reading. God put together the perfect group of animal lovers to form the sanctuary and has blessed them along their journey. A must read for all animal lovers.

Ruth Fishburn I have always had Best Friends Sanctuary on my bucket list. Now, at 88 I will not be able to travel to Angel Canyon. This book was the substitute to satisfy my trip. Now I know how it started, who started it, and through trials made it through the rain. What a wonderful organization you have!
I loved the stories that brought the cats and dogs to Best Friends and I cried, no sobbed, at the end of the book. I felt that I was there and a part of the process.
I have watched the virtual videos and am in awe of your love and dedication to the sweet creatures of this land.
I have loaned the book to my daughter who loves animals as I do. rhis is my facorite book and I applaude everyone who conceived the idea of saving the animals, who works with them today, who volunteers and who fosters all the sweet animals and birds so they can return to Best Friends and ultimately find a forever home; if not with a family, at the sanctuary.
