Denise Kallel I like this mug a lot. The shape is unusual but doesn't take away from the amount of coffee it holds. My coffee stays hot longer with this mug, possibly because it's fairly thick.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rim of the cup is pretty thick which causes me to drip coffee down the side.
Otherwise, I'm very happy that I purchased it from Best Friends!
