Festival Windchimes Warranty Information
QMT Windchimes offers a limited 2 year warranty on Festival Windchimes against defects in craftsmanship or materials. This warranty excludes alterations, normal wear and tear, as well as intentional misuse. The warranty covers errors in workmanship and materials, such as a sharp spot on a tube that causes a string to wear through. It covers all parts of the chime, including the strings. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement at our option.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or loss of parts. Aesthetic damage to the tubes or wind sail from repeatedly banging together or hitting another object does not affect the sound of the chime and is not covered by the warranty. This is normal wear and tear over either a very long time or excessive repeated contact with some object. Under normal use, the tubes of the chime should not hit together. Chimes should be hung where they do not make contact with anything and should be taken down during extreme weather events.

Hang all wind chimes away from windows and other places that could be damaged. For safety, please take wind chimes down in very high winds. Do not hang chimes where they could cause damage or injury in unexpected high winds, or from falling.

Amy Stausebach I love the sound of wind chimes, and this one is no exception. It's the perfect size for our small outdoor courtyard. It's a beautiful saying on the bottom piece of hanging wood. So true, that no amount of time is enough with our best friends here on earth. I miss all of my deceased babies so much!!!

Maryanne Pagonis I decided to add a wind chime soon after I placed my sweet girl in Angels Rest. It would remind both Rosie and me of the music we made during our five years together. A few months later, I visited my girl’s marker. As I was walking up to her, the chimes began to play their lovely music. It was as if Rosie knew I was there and was greeting me. Lisa Jones Hi-I ordered the “no time on earth” inscription but was sent the paw prints message. I requested the correct wooden piece sent but never heard back. Otherwise they are perfect, but waiting to hang until the correction.
