By the time Jelly Bean arrived at the Sanctuary, she had been in and out of several homes and needed a place to decompress. She’s a clever kitty but a mild neurological condition makes it hard for her to control her body. She’s also easily startled because she is deaf, so life can sometimes be a little rough. But caregivers have found a great way to keep her happy and engaged ― clicker training using light from a camera flash instead of sound. Having something to focus on has made life so much better for Jelly Bean, and she’s finally unwinding.
