Meet Connie, the community cat. Connie would much rather explore the outdoors than live in a home with people. Kind people visit Connie and her friends to provide them with food and water, and take them to the veterinarian for vaccinations and spay/neuter. Once the cats are spayed or neutered, their ears are tipped (just like Connie's) to let everyone know that they've been cared for.
