Originally from Louisiana, Persia is a bashful lady who adjusts slowly to new people. She loves attention and affection once she gets to know you. This beautiful cat has eyelid agenesis, which means that part of her eyelids didn’t form correctly. Because she does not produce tears, she receives eye drops twice a day to help keep her eyes hydrated. Despite her condition, Persia is a very sweet girl and her caregivers say she loves to snuggle. She will do just about anything for her favorite treats and is happiest in a quiet, calm environment.
