Denise Hutchins I bought these pants to go with the matching thermal shirt. While the shirt fit like a dream, the pants were too small. I ordered the small in both. The listing for the shirt had helpful measurements that I was able to use to compare to shirts I already owned but since the pants didn't have any such measurements I just ordered the same size as the shirt.
In case it helps with sizing, I'm 5'4", 130 lb, 25% body fat, with a pear-shaped figure. So perhaps someone with a different waist to shoulder ratio might fit better in these pants and be able to get the same size as the shirt, but if you're like me with bigger hips than shoulders, I recommend ordering a size up compared to the shirt.
But the sizing issue aside, these pants are magical! The fabric is so soft and warm, perfect for cold weather. The colors and visual design are totally cute and fashionable. AND THEY HAVE POCKETS. Huge win! The only thing I'd want different is a smaller, cuffed leg opening, as I prefer pants that don't let the cold air in.
